This creamy drink with mango, yoghurt and ice is exactly what you need to cool in the heatwave. Originating in India, Lassis are said to have Ayurvedic healing properties, such as regulating digestion- tasty and nutritious!

  • blender
  • chopping board
  • measuring jug
  • knife

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 very ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 4 tbsp of yoghurt
  • 120ml of coconut milk
  • Handful of ice cubes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk/ water to reach desired consistency.
