Start by placing the water into the saucepan and bring to the boil. Once boiling add in the red wine and bring to the boil. Once that is boiling add in the spaghetti for 10-15mins (until most of the liquid has been absorbed)
Whilst the spaghetti is cooking create the sauce. Heat up the frying pan with the olive oil. Add in the onions, garlic and chilli and cook for 3-4mins. Take 150ml of the pasta water and put into the frying pan. Reduce the temperature and simmer for 4mins.
Once the sauce is cooked, place it into the food processor. Along with the coconut milk and chilli powder. Blend until you have a smooth consistency.
Once the spaghetti is cooked, stir in the sauce until warmed through.
