    1. Heat olive oil in a pan over low heat. Add sliced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes without browning.
    2. Add tomatoes and basil. Cook on medium until soft and gooey.
    3. Blend most of the tomatoes with sundried tomatoes.
    4. Add chickpeas and tomato sauce back to the pan, simmer for 10 minutes.
    5. Serve with fresh basil, a drizzle of olive oil, and crusty sourdough.
