A perfect creamy side dish - or this potato mash goes brilliant with any main! Hunter & Gather mayo adds a rich depth of flavour to these brilliant potatoes!

• Saucepan with lid
• Potato masher
• Mixing bowl
• Chopping board

Ingredients:

• 200g red skin potatoes
• 1L water
• 2 handfuls of kale (shredded)
• 2-3 tbsp hunter & gather mayo
• 2 black garlic cloves
• 1 small handful of fresh dill

Method:

1. Start by boiling the potatoes in the water until fork tender. Steam kale at the same time and then place to one side.
2. Drain and allow to cool slightly and then place into the mixing bowl alongside all of the other ingredients. Roughly mash together and serve!
3. Enjoy!
