The perfect quick breakfast option. This recipe is made the night before meaning it is ready for you to get into whenever you are wanting your fuel! Including wonderful selection of superfoods, seeds and tasty extras!
Serves: 2 portions
Time: 5mins prep - overnight soak
Level: Easy!
Tools:
- Mixing bowl
- Weighing scales
- Mason jar
- Fridge
Ingredients:
- 80-100g oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 2 tsp maca powder
- 2 tsp cacao superblend
- 50g protein powder
- 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 500ml of plant-based milk or water
- 1 handful of sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
- 1 handful of activated nuts (recipe coming soon!)
- 2 tsp of good good syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- fresh strawberries
Method:
- Start by combining all of the weighed out ingredients together in a bowl, half the mixture into two mason jars and leave in the fridge to set overnight. You may want to give it another stir after a few hours to ensure an even soak.
- Remove from the fridge and place on top the following toppings. Serve and enjoy!
