Gluten Free Pesto Pizza's

One of the most delicious pizza base mixes I have used so far for WellEasy! Wow, not only are these bases light and fluffy - but they are also so simple to put together with no prevuing time. Meaning these wonderful homemade pizza's can be made in around 30 minutes (from start to finish!). The recipe can either be made vegan or vegetarian depending on your preference.

Serves: 4 portions (or 6 smaller)

Tools:

  • Oven set to 200 degrees
  • Mixing bowl
  • Wooden spoon
  • Baking tray 
  • Chopping board
  • Knife

Ingredients:

For the toppings:

  • 1 tbsp tomato puree (per pizza)
  • 1 tsp pesto (per pizza)
  • cherry tomatoes (thinly sliced)
  • a sprinkle or oregano 
Optional:
  • mozarella (thinly broken up)

Method:

  1. Start by preheating the oven and lining the baking trays ready for the pizzas.
  2. Follow the instructions on the pizza base box, adding all of the pizza base ingredients into a bowl and mix well until fully combined. Separate the dough into equal bowls and then roll out flat.
  3. Cook the bases for 10mins, whilst they are cooking prepare the toppings.
  4. Remove the bases from the oven, flip them over and top them with the toppings of choice. Bake for a further 15mins (until cooked through) - be careful not to over cook!
  5. Remove from the oven, slice and enjoy!

P.s - this recipe goes great with a fresh rocket salad!
