Mango Madness Smoothie
A cool refreshing mango smoothie to keep you refreshed and cool. This smoothie is also packed with fibre and contains less than 5 ingredients, which are all long lasting ingredients and can be on stand by for whenever you are in need of a quick smoothie.Serves: 1-2 portions
Time: 5 mins
- 1 handful of frozen mango
- 1-2 portions of frozen spinach (or 2 handfuls of fresh spinach)
- 1 portion of vanilla protein
- 1-2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 200-300ml of water (or plant-based milk)
- Place all ingredients into a food prosessor, blend until you have reached your desired consistency.
- Serve in your favourite glass and enjoy!
Top tip: If you are using a lot of frozen ingredients be sure to add more liquid (so you do not brake your blenders!)
