Start by warming oil in a pan. Place the tofu into the pan and cook for 2-3mins on each side, then add in the tamari and garlic powder. Cook well for another 3 mins.
Whilst the tofu is cooking prepare your lettuce wraps. Wash and pat dry with a clean towel and then place a tsp of mayo down the stem.
Add in 2-3 slices of tofu and then wrap up. Serve with carrot fries and enjoy!
