Rainbow Carrot Fries
A seriously tasty low-carb chip alternative that is packed with fibre, taste and flavour! These rainbow carrots have been seasoned and cooked to perfection and are a great switch for your evening meals.
Serves: 2-3 portions
- oven set to 180
- roasting tray
- chopping board
- 7-8 rainbow carrots (sliced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees
- Slice up the carrots length ways to make chip like shapes. Add to the roasting tray and add on the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Roast for 30-40mins until cooked through and crispy on the outside. Serve and enjoy!
