Start by creating the base layer. Mix together chia seeds and plant-based milk in the glass you are creating the chia pudding in. Place into the fridge to set, mix again after 10 minutes to ensure all chia seeds soak evenly.
In a separate mixing bowl combine the strawberry layer ingredients and place into the fridge to set.
Whilst the layers are setting chop up the strawberries.
Once both have set, place a handful of strawberries on top of the base layer, followed by the strawberry layer, followed by a handful of cacao nibs, followed by a layer of coconut yoghurt and then top with more strawberries, cacao nibs and cacao powder. (Equally if thats a little hard to follow layer as you like!)
Serve and enjoy!
