Start by washing the kale and adding it into a mixing bowl. Cover with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Massage it using your hands for 2-3mins and then leave to one side.
Cook the quinoa following the instructions. Place into a mixing bowl and add in the turmeric and garlic powder (add additional seasoning at this point too). And then leave to one side ready to use.
Chop up the cucumber in small chunks, cover with tamari and add in the nori sheet pieces.
Once everything is ready, assemble the power bowl. Start by adding the kale, followed by the quinoa, cucumber, beans, carrot and top with nuts.
