Ingredients:
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 can of Fish4Ever tuna
- 1 tablespoon Hunter & Gather mayonnaise
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- Half a lemon for freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Eaten Alive kimchi hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Seggiano Classic pesto
- 2 slices of bread Dillon Organic keto bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Slice the avocado and tomatoes, set aside.
- In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, spring onion, and lemon juice.

- Cut the bread into 2 slices.
