Start by making the farinata base - blend together all ingredients until smooth and leave to rest to one side.
Whilst the mix is resting, start to make the filling. Add the oil into the frying pan and add in the onion and sprouts. Cook for 4-5mins until soft. Then add in the seitan and tamari. Add in splashes of water if the mixture starts to brown too quickly to prevent burning. Cook all together for a further 3-5mins until the seitan is warm. Once cooked transfer into a bowl ready to serve.
Now it is time to cook the farinata. Warm some oil in a pan and 3-5 tbsps of mixture. Use the handle to mix the mixture all around the base of the pan. Once the colour of the mixture has darkened flip and cook the other side. Roughly 3mins on each side.
Once cooked place onto a plate, add in the filling and serve!
